The Liberal Catholic Ecclesial Communion is an agreement for Ecclesial Communion between individuals and autocephalous jurisdictions who or which are members of the Liberal Catholic Alliance.

Participation in this particular agreement is limited to members of the Liberal Catholic Alliance. Participation is voluntary and parties may withdraw from the agreement without forfeiting membership of the LCA. Parties are also free to participate in other intercommunion agreements including those with bodies which do not belong to the LCA.
